Sibei Ji

Sibei Ji is a PhD student at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on green hydrogen production using PEM electrolyzers, covering modelling, degradation, optimization, and control of these systems. The goal is to turn PEM electrolyzers into flexible assets that support future power systems, helping renewable energy integrate more smoothly into the grid. Her work combines dynamic and static modelling of the electrolyzer with system-level analysis, connecting the hydrogen production process to the wider power grid.
